We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused car rental agent for Hertz in Ludvika!

Do you enjoy customer contact, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a constantly evolving company? Then this might be the job for you! As a car rental agent at Hertz in Ludvika, you will be part of a small but dynamic team where you will have a varied workday. You are the face of our company to our customers and ensure they have the best possible experience – from the first contact to the return of the vehicle.

What you will do

• Manage bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and at the counter.
• Check in and out vehicles and ensure they are clean, tidy, and fueled/charged.
• Act as a point of contact for our customers, partners, internal departments, and colleagues.
• Handle any damage claims.

What we are looking for in you

• You have experience in customer service and enjoy going the extra mile.
• You are solution-oriented and thrive in a role where no day is the same.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English (other languages are a plus!).
• You are a proficient computer user and have a valid driver's license (B).
